Starting from October 26, 2025, Wizz Air will launch regular flights between Tallinn and Kraków, offering Estonian travelers the opportunity to visit the cultural capital of Southern Poland for the first time via a direct flight lasting just two hours. Flights will operate three times a week—on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays—allowing travellers to conveniently plan both short weekend getaways and longer holidays.
“Wizz Air’s expansion and the opening of a completely new destination from Tallinn, in addition to the London route, demonstrates the airline’s continued commitment to the Estonian market and its ambition to grow in this region,” said Eero Pärgmäe, Member of the Management Board of Tallinn Airport.
“Kraków is a destination rich in history and vibrant cultural life, offering plenty of discoveries for culture enthusiasts and vacationers alike. The new direct route provides travellers with more options and also supports the strengthening of tourism and business ties between Poland and Estonia. This is an important step in diversifying our flight network and shows that demand for direct connections between Tallinn and Central Europe continues to grow,” added Pärgmäe.
Kraków is one of Poland’s oldest and most beautiful cities, with a historic Old Town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is home to the impressive Wawel Castle and several notable museums, including the 19th Century Polish Art Gallery located in the historic Cloth Hall and the main building of the National Museum in Kraków, which hosts major international exhibitions. Kraków’s streets are lively and full of culture, offering diverse entertainment for visitors. It’s also a great place to explore traditional Polish cuisine, including the famous Kraków sausage.
The surrounding area of Kraków features several well-known attractions—such as the Wieliczka Salt Mine, one of the oldest in the world and in continuous operation since the 13th century. Nature lovers can visit the Tatra Mountains National Park, located about 130 km from Kraków, ideal for hiking in autumn and skiing in winter. Just a 45-minute drive from the airport is Energylandia, one of Europe’s newest and largest amusement parks, offering plenty of fun for children. Additionally, there are many historic small towns near Kraków perfect for day trips and discovering local life.
